Shipping Rate

Regarding the shipping rates, orders under $150 will be charged a shipping fee based on your shipping area and product category. Please refer to the table below.

Orders over $150 are eligible for free shipping in most countries. Additionally, free shipping is available for specific events, such as promotional items or pre-order items listed on the product pages. In these cases, we will cover the full shipping fee.

Further details are described below:

1. Based on transportation safety considerations, our products are divided into two categories: the general products and the sensitive products.
2. The sensitive products refer to products with higher safety requirements in air transportation, such as products with e-liquid or flash paper. The delivery time of such products will be longer, and the shipping fee is usually higher.

   Some countries, such as Canada, Japan, Norway, and Taiwan, prohibit the importation of e-liquid products. In such cases, we will use an exclusive shipping channel, but the buyer will be required to pay a higher shipping fee.

   Additionally, for items containing sensitive goods, even if the order value is over $150, we are unable to offer free shipping. The buyer will be required to share a portion of the shipping costs, while we will cover the remaining portion.

3. For the delivery of general products, we utilize international express services such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

   However, for sensitive products, we employ an exclusive channel for the initial phase of delivery. Once the package reaches the local area, it is then transferred to DHL, UPS, or FedEx, ensuring complete package traceability.

   General products are usually delivered within 3 to 8 days, while sensitive items may take a bit longer, typically between 10 and 12 days.

4. When it comes to shipping costs, we will cover the cost for both general items and sensitive items.

   However, if the order value is less than US$55, we will not cover the shipping cost.

5. Based on the information provided above, our online store categorizes products as follows:

   1). The general products

   2). The sensitive products

6. When the parcel arrives in your country, please follow the customs instructions to pay the import duty/VAT/tax if required. We are not obliged to notify or make payment in this regard.

   Some import duty/VAT/tax may apply when the product is shipped to your country. The buyer should pay by himself when he is requested by the customs of his country. The buyer should not refuse to pay this fee or refuse to accept the goods on this ground.

7. The shipping fees provided in this table are in US dollars, and we have covered more than half of the cost for both general items and sensitive items.
